3X laemmli buffer
SDS PAGE is a popular technique used for the separation of proteins based on their size in the presence of an electric field. The protein samples are loaded onto the gels using a loading dye known as laemmli buffer.
ProEnz Lamellae buffer is a protein loading dye solution with 3X concentration. the solution is generally used in SDS Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis to impart colour on the protein sample for easy traceability. The solution must be stored at +4°C.
