50X TAE
TAE is mostly used for the electrophoresis of larger DNA fragments above 2kb with High Resolution. The samples loaded onto the agarose matrix tend to migrate in the presence of the electric field provided with constant alkaline pH by TAE Buffer.
ProEnz TAE Buffer is a 50X Concentrated aqueous solution, filtered through 0.2microns filter paper to ensure no contaminants. This buffer can be used as both running and gel preparation buffer during Agarose Gel Electrophoresis of nucleic acids. The ability to maintain fairly constant pH, better conductivity with faster migration rate of DNA makes it suitable for the Electrophoresis.
