PCR Reaction Buffer (10X)
Polymerase Chain Reaction, most commonly known as PCR, is a technique based on the ability of DNA polymerase to synthesize complementary DNA strand to the given template strand. It allows amplification of very small sample or a short segment of DNA into millions and billions of copies rapidly.
The ProEnz PCR Reaction buffer is supplied 10X concentrated and needs to be diluted 1:10 in the final reaction. The 10X PCR Reaction buffer was prepared and filtered through 0.2µm filter to ensure nil contaminants.
