RT Reaction buffer (10X)
Reverse transcription is the process of synthesis of DNA from RNA template. reverse transcriptase synthesizes a complementary DNA (cDNA) strand from the given RNA template strand aiding to produce cDNA libraries.
ProEnz RT Reaction buffer is supplied 10X concentrated and needs to be diluted 1:10 in the final reaction. The 10X RT Reaction buffer was prepared and filtered through 0.2µm filter to ensure nil contaminants.
