dNTPs mix (2.5mM)
dNTPs are widely used in molecular biology techniques such as PCR, real-time PCR, high fidelity and long PCR, LAMP-PCR, cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR. These are the substrates of DNA polymerizing enzymes, which are used to elongate the long strands of DNA complementary to the template strand.
This product is a mixture of dATP, dCTP, dTTP and dGTP (each 2.5mM) given in the form of a solution of sodium salt, pH 7-9
