Oligo d(T)s
Oligo d(T) is a short stretch of the deoxy-thymidine(dT) nucleotide sequence. The primer hybridizes to the poly(A) tail of mRNA and synthesizes cDNA.
This product is a synthetic oligonucleotide. It is used to prime the poly 3’-A tails of the mRNA and reverse transcribe them into cDNA in presence of Reverse transcriptase.
