Description
The ProEnz Pro PCR kit consists of 10X PCR reaction buffer with Mg+2 and Pro Taq polymerase enzyme for amplification of the DNA fragment to billions of copies.The PCR buffer is provided with Mg+2 to enhance the enzymatic activity of Taq polymerase and boost amplification of PCR.The Taq polymerase incorporates dNTPs in 5’-3’ direction with optimal activity at 72 C.
